Smart Trapping Trial 2025

We Are Super Excited To Announce Our 2025 Trapping Trial

Through a very generous personal donation from Mandy Adler We are now fully funded for a multiple phase trial set for the Northern Territory in 2025.

The trial will be primarily focused on feral cats with a component of feral pig trapping.

We will be documenting the process to create a science based paper calculating the savings compared to conventional trapping.

On completion of the trial we aim to go live with a full capability that is backed by science. We will engage with feral animal controllers and partner with ranger groups and other organisations to build solutions aimed at saving our endangered species.

Steve from VPS brings a wealth of knowledge to the project, with years of experience trapping and removing feral animals in the Northern Territory and interstate.

We are proud to partner with VPS on this project as Steve not only brings an invaluable skill set, he is also passionate about our native species and demands a high ethical standard when conducting feral animal control.
