ABOUT US
Born From The Need To Better Protect Our Native Species.
Technology has been growing and evolving to make our lives easier, more portable and more fun. These revolutions have been great but it’s time conservation efforts gained from the benefits that technology has to offer.
That’s not to say technology isn’t already playing a role in conservation. We have seen and continue to see great advancements in this space.
At Australian Conservation Technologies we have been prototyping a remote trapping system that uses imagery to 100% determine the status of the trap, the system also features a remote release function for non target species. This system will save time and valuable resources.
In 2025 we will be trialing a mid scale project and documenting the process to create a science based paper calculating the savings compared to conventional trapping.
We also bring together the best knowledge and tech in the industry to offer all in one solutions.
We look forward to working with you and your team.
Mission
We aim to bring together ecological knowledge, feral reduction techniques and technical solutions to help teams, organisations and individuals protect our threatened native species.
We will utilise ecological, hunting, traditional and technology knowledge in new, ethical and effective ways to aid in the removal threats to our native animals.
Vision
To live in a world where we are removing animals from the threatened species list and guaranteeing their survival.
To continue relationships with conservation groups, traditional owners and land managers to provide predator free habitat where native species can thrive.

Adam has always grow up close to nature. It all started with camping, hiking, birdwatching and exploring with his family as a child.
Adam has been lucky to continue this passion through his past role as the president of a local 4×4 club and his past role as a vice president of local conservation team in Victoria.
More recently Adam has been sharing this passion and spreading the importance of conservation to guests from Australia and all over the world, whilst exploring the outback and leading tours in the NT.
Professionally Adam started with a 10 year career in Agriculture before pursuing a successful 10 year career in the technology sector as the MD of a major telecommunications business in South Western Victoria.
Through his role as a Tour Guide in Kakadu and the Top End Adam’s passion and knowledge for conservation has grown.
Today he brings that knowledge and passion together to help improve conservation efforts with effective use of technology.
Currently out team is small as we develop and trial this technology. We have partnered with the right people who bring a range of experience to the table. This includes a feral trapping and vertebrate pest solution specialist and other feral animal contractors across the country. We also have a science based advisor who is passionate and knowledgeable in what we need to achieve.
We see the team growing. On completion of the 2025 trial we aim to go live with a full capability that is backed by science. We will engage with feral animal controllers and partner with ranger groups and other organisations to build solutions aimed at saving our endangered species.
